Ammi HongFund Chief Financial Officer
Ammi joined JIDA Capital in 2017. She is the Chief Financial Officer of CGN Capital Partners Infrastructure Fund III and is responsible for managing the finances of the CGN Fund III and its portfolio companies.
Ammi has over 10 years of experience in senior financial control roles in the private equity sector. Prior to joining JIDA Capital, she was Head of Finance at China Merchant Capital for five years, and before that, Financial Controller at China Merchant Capital’s predecessor, CMHJ Partners, for five years.
Ammi holds a Master of Economics degree from Peking University and a Bachelor in Finance and Economics from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. Ammi is a PRC qualified Accountant, a Registered Tax Agent and Certified Internal Auditor.
Danny joined JIDA Capital in 2016. He is primarily responsible for coordinating professional consultants in evaluating wind and solar resources, optimizing the project engineering design, and assuring the quality of the professional consultants’ work. Danny also advises the Investment Directors in critically evaluating and optimizing the operations of CGN Capital Partners Infrastructure Fund III investments.
Danny has gained his renewable energy engineering experience from working with Black & Veatch, PB Power and DNV GL for nearly 10 years. Specifically, Danny had completed technical due diligence on over 6GW of wind and solar projects in China and abroad.
Danny is a UK chartered engineer and he holds a Master of Science in Engineering Enterprise Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; a Master in Thermal Power Engineering, a Bachelor in Thermal Power Engineering and a Certificate in Energy and Environment Management from the Southeast University.
Ye Yafeng left CGN to join JIDA Capital in 2017. He is primarily responsible for advising our partners in EPC contract costing and negotiation, and assuring the build quality of CGN Capital Partners Infrastructure Fund III investments. Yafeng also advises the Investment Directors in critically evaluating and optimizing the operations of CGN Capital Partners Infrastructure Fund III investments.
Yafeng has gained his renewable energy engineering experience from working with CGN New Energy (North Western) for nearly 9 years. Specifically, Yafeng was the General Manager of Construction and/or Project Director for over 700MW wind projects, and deputy Project Director for a 600MW mega wind project.
Yafeng holds a Diploma of Construction Project Budget Management from Wuhan University of Hydraulic Power, Bachelor of Engineering Management from the Lanzhou Jiaotong University, and certified Constructor.
Senior Technical Consultant
Fan Wunian joined JIDA Capital in 2017. He is primarily responsible for supervising / advising our partners and our field team over renewable energy project operation, health and safety practices.
Wunian acts as internal management consultant in critically evaluate the operation processes of CGN Capital Partners Infrastructure Fund III assets and constantly look to optimize these processes to improve the operational performances of these assets. Fan Wunian is jointly responsible for optimizing the operational performance of CGN Capital Partners Infrastructure Fund III assets.
Wunian has gained his power projects operation experience from working with as electric engineering for a 2x330MW power station owned by Datang Power for 15 years, CGN New Energy (North Western) for nearly 7 years. Specifically, Wunian was involved in the construction of 300MW wind energy project, and was involved in establishing the CGN New Energy (North Western) SCADA and Control Centre and was responsible for the operation, health and safety of the CGN New Energy (North Western) power projects.
Senior Technical Consultant
Xu Qiang joined JIDA Capital in 2017. He is primarily responsible for advising our partners in implementing and operating SCADA systems and digitalisation of operations. Qiang also advises the Investment Directors in critically evaluating and optimizing the operations of CGN Capital Partners Infrastructure Fund III investments.
Qiang has gained his IT and renewable energy development, construction and operation experience from working with CGN and China Mobile for nearly 20 years. Specifically, Qiang was responsible for the implementation, commission and operation of CGN New Energy (North Western) SCADA and Control Centre which controls over 1GW of wind farms, developed, built, commissioned and operated.
Qiang holds a Bachelor of Mechatronics from the Beijing Institute of Mechanical Engineering. He was sponsored by China Mobile to study wireless communication at Beijing Post and Telecommunications College, focusing on wireless base stations design and developing UNIX database.
